How do annual HOA dues / assessments work?

• The HOA Board presents a proposed annual budget, including a proposed assessment, for the upcoming year at the annual meeting of the members. Unless the members disapprove of the proposed budget, the proposed budget and assessment are adopted. Each member is then sent an invoice for the upcoming year's assessment.

• You can send your payment to the HOA by mailing a check or using your bank's online bill pay, to:

• In November 2024, the HOA Board set the 2025 regular annual assessment at $1,000 per property due by January 31, 2025, and emailed invoices to all members.
