All Fieldcreek Forest property owners are automatically members of the Fieldcreek Forest Homeowners Association, Inc. (HOA). The HOA is governed by a dedicated group of elected homeowners who volunteer their time and expertise.
Leadership Structure
Directors are elected by the HOAs members at the annual Members meeting. Each director serves a staggered two-year term.
HOA Officers are appointed by the Board at the annual board meeting and as needed. Each HOA Officer serves until the next annual board meeting.
Architectural Control Committee (ACC) members are appointed by the Board as needed. ACC team members serve staggered three-year terms.
