Tree removal is a violation, if done prior to receiving written approval from the HOAs Architectural Control Committee (ACC)
ACC approval for tree removal is always required, even if the tree is dead, diseased, or in need of removal for any reason.

Homeowner made changes, but did not submit an ๐ACC request when ๐one was required
Landscaping issues, lawn needs mowing, edging, has weeds, or dead grass
Dead or diseased landscaping that needs to be maintained. (Be sure to make an ๐ACC request if needed ๐in your case)
Trash containers not adequately screened from view by plantings or fencing
Trash container placed at the curb ๐prior to 6 pm on the day before collection, or not removed from the curb by 9 pm on the evening of collection
Mold on exterior surfaces
Gutters need to be cleaned out; as example, plants growing in gutters
Mailbox needs cleaning, painting, or repair
Fence needs repairs (Be sure to make an ๐ACC request if needed in your case)
Deteriorated exterior paint / finishes (Be sure to make an ๐ACC request if needed in your case)
